Trace Taylor was born and raised in south Alabama, on the outskirts of Pensacola. The son of a pecan farmer, he spent his youth working on their farm. This childhood experience gave him an early understanding of man’s relationship with nature. His photography is a direct correlation of this, dealing with environmental portraiture and landscapes touched by a human element.
